Practical guide
How to get to Disneyland Paris from Brussels
Disneyland Paris sits at Marne-la-Vallée, east of Paris — about 310 km from Brussels, without having to cross the capital. With children and cases, the choice comes down to how many times you have to move your luggage.
The direct train
Rail services connect Belgium to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station, a few minutes’ walk from the park entrance. It is fast and comfortable, and the best option if your hotel is inside the resort and you travel light.
Two things to anticipate: direct services run on limited days and periods, and you still have to reach the departure station in Brussels with all your luggage. Check what is actually available on your dates before deciding.
Driving yourself
The drive is about three hours of motorway via the E19 then the A1, skirting Paris to the east. The route is simple and well signposted.
You do have to budget for parking on site for the whole stay, and to have a driver available both ways — which, after several days in a theme park, is not a small consideration.
A private transfer
A private transfer collects you outside your home and drops you outside your hotel. Luggage is loaded once and unloaded once; there is no station, no connection and no parking to manage.
It is the option that minimises handling, which matters particularly with young children, a pushchair and luggage for several days. As the price is per vehicle, the gap with individual train tickets narrows as the family grows.
What to prepare either way
- The exact hotel name: the resort has several hotels, plus many partner establishments nearby.
- The child seats required by age, if travelling by car or private transfer.
- The real luggage volume, pushchair included.
- The return time you want at the end of the stay, ideally booked with the outbound.
