Belgium Shuttle specialises in private transfers to airports and over long distances. It is not an urban taxi service: we do not run short journeys within Brussels.

Four arrangements, one way of working
Long-distance transfer
A direct journey to a city in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Germany. Drop-off at the exact address: hotel, home, head office, exhibition centre or station.
Return journey
Both legs booked in a single enquiry, with one quote. It is the most common arrangement for a stay: it saves having to organise the way back once you are there.
Driver on standby
The driver remains on site between two journeys, for a same-day business return or several consecutive meetings. To be stated in the enquiry, as the arrangement and the price differ from a simple return.
Vehicle
The vehicle is chosen after the enquiry, not before
We do not publish a fleet catalogue, because the right vehicle depends on your journey: number of passengers, luggage volume, length of the drive and equipment needed.
Those points are confirmed with you at quotation stage. If a specific requirement cannot be met — a particular child seat, an unusual volume, accessibility — you are told before booking, not on the day of travel.

The price is per vehicle, not per person. Child seats, pushchairs and bulky luggage should be flagged in the enquiry.
Business travel
Journeys to Luxembourg, Amsterdam, Paris, Düsseldorf or Cologne, with the option of a driver on standby and multiple stops.
Travellers carrying a lot
Sports equipment, instruments, flight cases, mobility aids: volume determines the vehicle, so be precise.
What we do not provide
Belgium Shuttle is not an urban taxi service. We do not run short journeys within Brussels, nor trips of a few kilometres across the city centre: our operation is built around airport transfers and long-distance journeys, which are booked in advance.
Nor do we display flat rates on this site. A price quoted without knowing the exact address, the hour and the luggage volume is not a reliable price — it is either too high, or revised on the day. Every enquiry receives a price calculated on the real journey.
