Private transfer to Brussels Airport
Brussels Airport sits about twenty minutes from the city centre in clear traffic — but the ring road can easily double that at peak times. We set the pick-up time from your flight and the traffic window, not from a standard slot.

Where the driver collects you
On the outbound leg, pick-up happens at the address you give us: home, hotel, office, serviced apartment. The driver arrives at the agreed time, helps load the luggage and heads straight for the airport. Nobody else is collected along the way.
Drop-off is at Departures, right in front of the check-in hall entrance. No parking to find, no shuttle bus, no long walk with your cases.
On arrival: meeting your driver
For an inbound transfer, give us your flight number when you book. The meeting time then follows the actual landing time — you are not charged for a delay you did not cause, and you are not left waiting in the hall if the aircraft lands early.
The meeting point in the arrivals hall is agreed in advance, and you have the driver’s number before travelling.
Early departures and late arrivals
A large share of long-haul flights and connections out of Zaventem leave early. For a 5 or 6 a.m. check-in, public transport is not yet running from many communes, and driving yourself means leaving a car in the car park for the whole trip.
A private transfer solves both: you are collected at your door at the hour the flight dictates, and no vehicle is left behind.
Train or private transfer to Brussels Airport?
The rail link to Brussels Airport-Zaventem works well from Brussels-Midi, Central and Nord. For one traveller with hand luggage, at a reasonable hour, it remains the cheapest option — and we will happily say so.
A private transfer earns its place elsewhere: departures from a poorly served commune, hours outside the rail timetable, several people travelling together, bulky luggage, professional equipment, young children with their seats, or simply a late return after a long flight.
Areas we cover first Brussels and its nineteen communes, plus Grimbergen, Vilvoorde, Machelen, Diegem, Zaventem, Kraainem, Wezembeek-Oppem, Strombeek-Bever and the rest of the north-eastern periphery. Transfers from the rest of Belgium are also available.
Good to know
Brussels Airport — frequently asked questions
How early will I be collected?
It depends on your destination and airline. Tell us the departure time and the type of flight (Schengen, non-Schengen, long-haul) when you enquire: together we agree a pick-up time that accounts for the drive, the usual traffic in that window and check-in.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you gave us your flight number, the meeting time is adjusted to the actual landing. You do not need to do anything.
Will the driver meet me inside the arrivals hall?
Yes. The exact meeting point is agreed before the day of travel and you have the driver’s phone number.
Can I book the outbound and return together?
Yes. Give both dates and times in your request. A return booking is treated as one reservation and quoted once.
How much luggage can I bring?
State the number of suitcases and cabin bags in your request, plus anything bulky (pushchair, sports equipment, instrument). The vehicle is chosen accordingly and confirmed with the price.
