Belgium Shuttle, north of Brussels

A location that matches the journeys

The registered office is in Grimbergen, on the northern edge of Brussels. That position is directly useful to the work: Brussels Airport, Vilvoorde, Machelen, Diegem and Zaventem are minutes away, and the motorway access towards France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany all leaves from the Brussels ring.

Commercially our area is wider than Grimbergen: most enquiries concern Brussels and its region, and long-distance transfers run from anywhere in Belgium.

What we do, precisely

Two activities, and nothing else: airport transfers and private long-distance journeys. These are journeys that need preparing — a flight time, a pick-up address, a luggage volume — and that are booked in advance.

We do not run urban taxi work. That limit is deliberate: it lets us guarantee the slots we have booked, including night-time pick-ups, rather than chaining on-demand jobs.

How we work

A price before the booking

No price is displayed on this site, and that is deliberate. A rate quoted without knowing the exact address, the hour and the luggage volume ends up either overstated or revised on the day. Every enquiry receives a price calculated on the real journey, given before any booking.

No promise we cannot keep

If a specific requirement cannot be met — particular equipment, an unusual luggage volume, a slot already taken — you are told at quotation stage. That information is more useful before booking than on the day of departure.

The flight number rather than a fixed slot

For an airport transfer, timing follows the flight rather than a standard window. On the return, the meeting follows the actual landing: you do not wait, and an aircraft delay does not turn into a waiting surcharge.
